Obviously - and I'll say this one last time - with 35 teams you need five
groups:

Group A: 13 teams
Gourp B: 2 teams
Group C: 6 teams
Group D: 5 teams
Group E: 9 teams

>From those five groups, fourteen qualify, being:

Winner of Group A
Winner of Group B
Top 6 in Group C
Winner of Group D
Top 2 in group E
Three best runners-up based on whatever fatuous system you make up this
year.

Then, you have four further groups of three-and-a-half teams each, with the top
two from each qualifying for the quarter-finals, unless one of those teams is
the Digits, in which case you need to concoct a rule on the spot which explains
their elimination.

After that it's straight knockout.

What could be easier?  And don't listen to whatever nonsense Mikey comes up
with, his systems are always crap.
